Guests will be guided through the Calabria family’s premium wine portfolio, while overlooking our Elisabeth vineyard. Our knowledgeable tasting host will guide you through five quality wines, to include a 100-year old vine Shiraz, all poured in the prestigious Spiegelau glassware, accompanied by an Italian inspired antipasto sharing plate with Italian Prosciutto, Salami, Bocconcini, Provolone and house made Shiraz jam.
